caroline Street

A 1910 Sears-Roebuck kit home in the heart of our hometown, this had seen better days. the interior was begging to have its character restored. Doors (and their) hinges were coated in white paint, original hardwoods were covered-up with carpeting, and a tiny kitchen made for how families entertained at the turn of the century was begging to come into the heart of the home. This project took six months to complete, appraised for more than the selling price (which was already above-asking), and is now home to a sweet young family.
