A premier brand in the residential rental space, The X Co. is an unparalleled social and cultural lifestyle experience, designed to create and activate community through co-living and co-working memberships. The team lovingly refers to it as an unconventional social club. I was hired to decorate 13 pre-furnished model units ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, spanning two new-construction high-rise buildings in Denver, CO, and one mid-rise building in Phoenix, AZ. The goal for these was to make them appear as though people were living in them, and that the current tenant had just stepped out.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to decorate and style seven boutique hotel rooms for executives and key stakeholders to stay in when visiting Denver, each one featuring its own custom wallpaper mural that I designed.
