FLOWER STREET

A young family in Arvada, CO, wanted to give their ‘70s tri-level home a modern upgrade. With a limited budget and a three-month turnaround, we gave the home a nearly no-demo renovation, harnessing the power of paint while upgrading finishes and fixtures such as flooring, countertops, stair railings, and light fixtures. We also added an electric fireplace to give the family room a focal element, brought the two-level kitchen island down to one to create more surface area and a less crowded feel, and created custom built-in closets in the primary bedroom, which previously didn’t have closet organization (or doors!).
